Bacon with cheese

Bacon With Cheese

This is a low-carb, ketogenic, breakfast, lunch, or supper, and very easy to make.

INGREDIENTS (per person):

  • 250 grams of bacon, sliced (not too thin)
  • 100 grams of cheese (best is to mix three cheeses, for example: 70 grams of smoked Gruyere, 20 grams of German butter cheese, 10 grams of Parmesan)




























PREPARATION:

  • Fry bacon in frying pan with lid, turning often, until starting to get crispy
  • At this stage add cheese on top of the bacon (evenly), and close the lid again
  • Let cheese melt, and immediately remove from cook-top

Put on a plate and enjoy!
