Bacon With Cheese
This is a low-carb, ketogenic, breakfast, lunch, or supper, and very easy to make.
INGREDIENTS (per person):
- 250 grams of bacon, sliced (not too thin)
- 100 grams of cheese (best is to mix three cheeses, for example: 70 grams of smoked Gruyere, 20 grams of German butter cheese, 10 grams of Parmesan)
PREPARATION:
- Fry bacon in frying pan with lid, turning often, until starting to get crispy
- At this stage add cheese on top of the bacon (evenly), and close the lid again
- Let cheese melt, and immediately remove from cook-top
Put on a plate and enjoy!
